About Dr. Angelica

Dr. Angelica McCarthy is a licensed Doctor of Athletic Training with expertise in whole person well-being, injury prevention, and performance care. With more than a decade of experience, she has supported athletes, performers, and organizations worldwide—including Broadway productions, touring productions, professional dance companies, international dance festivals, and elite athletic teams and events.
Her work has extended to collaborations with renowned organizations such as Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival, Miami City Ballet, the USTA Women’s Professional Circuit,
and Under Armour-sponsored camps, as well as touring productions like Katy Perry’s The Witness Tour, among others.
Passionate about empowering individuals to cultivate mindfulness and embodied health, Angelica blends awareness, somatic education, and wellness to inspire healing, growth, connection, and creativity. She is the co-founder of Angelface Records, an independent label dedicated to creating multidimensional experiences that unite the power of music and wellness; their debut project, "The Pan American Nutcracker Suite," earned a 2023 Latin Grammy® nomination. Angelica also co-hosts the podcast "Faith in the Wild," where she and longtime friend Nicole Moran explore the wilderness of faith, trust, and growth.
With love as Angelica's purpose, her mission is to empower healing in artists and creatives as a pathway to fostering whole healing in our communities. Based in Clinton, CT, Angelica continues to lead with faith, purpose, creativity, and heart.
